The Luisa empire-waist top is upcycled from our Lulu maxi dress, participating in circular fashion and supporting a circular economy. Made of bamboo jersey with indigenous fabric in a tribal stripe at the front yoke, the textile was handwoven by indigenous Ga’dang artisans from the Cordillera highlands in the northern part of the Philippines, using ancient handweaving techniques passed down from previous generations.
Supporting, preserving, and celebrating indigenous tribes and their rich culture is at the heart of KINdom.
